Terms of Service


Once you have made your order in Taiga Chocolate online shop, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the following information: the price of the order, listed the ordered products, shipping costs and delivery details. Once we have shipped the order, you will receive tracking details to your emails. Please note that To be able to send you a confirmation email, we need a working email address which you will be asked to provide during the shopping process.


  • We sell chocolates to private persons in a legal age and companies in Finland and the rest of the globe.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt from the factory, Therefore, delivery-time quotes begin when the package leaves the factory after the 1–3 business days of processing are completed.
  • If the shipment is faulty or products are wrong, please contact us without hesitation via phone or email. You can find our contact information from the contact page.  
  • Once your order and payment are confirmed and you wish to make changes, please contact us immediately. Otherwise, there is no possibility to change, remove or add products nor change shipping methods.
  • Our product prices include VAT
